About the Session
Join me in exploring the power of your breath & unlock the potential for profound transformation within yourself. This journey offers new perspectives on an emotional, mental, and physical level.
I will lead you into a journey of your own breath that is suppored by music and shamanic drum. We will learn about the breathing technique, go into the breath journey & complete the session with some integration tips.
About Transformational Breathwork
Transformational Breathwork, also known as Conscious Connected or Psychedelic Breathwork, is a guided breathing technique that accesses our cellular memory. It can help shift energy stored in our bodies, bringing it back into motion, and releasing it. This process builds a new foundation for reintegrating emotions & breaking stress cycles. This Breathwork can also induce an expanded state of consciousness, providing access to the subconscious. In this safe space, deep-seated conflicts can be neutrally observed and gently resolved.
Prepare & bring:
• Eat light that day & try not to eat 2 hrs before
• Comfortable clothes
• bring anything that will make you comfortable while lying down for 75 min (I provide a blanket, mat, pillow)
• Eye mask (I will provide some)
Contraindications:
• Pregnancy
• Any heart problems (infections, heart attacks, etc.)
• Epilepsy
• Any surgery in the last 6 months
• Epilepsy surgery less than 1 year ago
Session hold in ENG (unless everyone is GER)
